Returns & Refunds Policy

At FNC Studios, each product is made and fulfilled on demand through our international production partners. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

We currently accept returns only in the case of defective or incorrect items.

A return or replacement may be approved if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item or size)


Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by customs or courier services


Reporting a Problem

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

The resolution method will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our end.


Return Shipping

  • In most cases, customers will not be required to return the defective item.

  • If a return is required, instructions will be provided by our support team.

Do not return any items without prior approval.
